How much does lawn mowing cost?
Pricing depends on lawn size, frequency, and services needed. Most residential lawns range from $35–$65 per visit. We provide free estimates so you'll know the exact cost before we start.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No! We work on a per-service or recurring schedule basis. No long-term contracts — just great service that keeps you coming back.
How often should my lawn be mowed?
During the growing season (March–October), weekly mowing is recommended. Bi-weekly works for slower-growing periods. We'll help you find the right schedule for your lawn.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Terry Lawn Mowing is fully licensed and insured for both residential and commercial properties. Documentation available upon request.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the greater Memphis area including Germantown, Collierville, Cordova, Bartlett, East Memphis, Midtown, and surrounding Shelby County communities.
Do you provide your own equipment?
Absolutely. We use commercial-grade mowers, trimmers, blowers, and all necessary equipment. You don't need to provide anything.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
We monitor the weather closely. If rain prevents mowing, we reschedule to the next available dry day — usually within 24–48 hours.
Can you handle large commercial properties?
Yes! We have commercial zero-turn mowers and the crew capacity to handle office parks, retail centers, apartment complexes, and municipal properties.
